Early Breakfast Club: The Fort Strip BGC

During one of our morning walks around BGC, we ended up having lunch at this breakfast place called the Early Breakfast Club. Without expecting much, we were overwhelmed with the number of diners the place had when we arrived a little before noon.

Noticing the number of guests present, we didn't take too long to throw out our orders to the kitchen and they were:

The Viva Longganisa -- 4 pcs. of heirloom-recipe longganisa served with garlic rice and your choice of egg. This order arrived exactly 29 minutes from when we ordered it (so much for Early), and Nikko found it just so-so.

Lemon Butter Bangus -- described as Pan-seared bangus fillets served with garlic rice and garlic lemon butter, I totally went crazy for this one. Not only was it presented beautifully, I loved the play of sweet and sour tastes, plus the aroma of the tart bedding. The only negative to this dish was the serving time of two minutes later than the longganisa. Good thing we intended to wind down properly before our heavy meals
