Nomama Artisanal Ramen

One of the great things about working around Tomas Morato is having a wide variety of lunch options to choose from.

I first heard of Nomama from my officemates, apparently because one of our senior IT managers is the brother of the Chef (Chef Him Uy de Baron).

We were unsatisfied the first time we tried the restaurant last September 2012, finding the Nomama Ramen broth lacking of taste and the Thai Green Curry ramen too rich, good enough to be a viand. After six months, I tried it out again and had a good satisfying time. Combining my love for curry and ramen, I again ordered the Thai Green Curry Ramen and found it heavenly.
